Team Paleo Challenge Starts Monday January 14th!!!
Make sure to get your partner and sign up on the board.
There will be one team WOD next Wednesday for the Challenge so you will have to coordinate making it to class together.
Sonia Blade chef-ing up some pan seared Tilapia with just a little coconut oil, fiesta seasoning and lemon. Accompanied with a 1/2 sweet potato, power salad and a few grapes for garnish 🙂

100 Box Jumps
100 Toe 2 Bars
100 Overhead Squats (95,65)
100 Abmat Sit-ups
-Only one teammate works at a time. You only get one Abmat and try to use one bar. If there is a male/female team use two bars. Try to partner with your own ability. If you use less than 95# you must use a training bar. Remember you can not drop the 45# bar with just 10# or just 15# bumpers. If you break a bumper plate its 100 Burpee penalty!
Spend 10 minutes lying on a lacrosse ball or roller. Target upper thoracic and/or glutes.
