50 Box Jumps (24,20)
50 Pullups
50 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
50 Walking Lunges
50 Toe 2 Bars
50 Push Press (75,55)
50 Hollow Rockers
50 Wallballs (20,14)
50 Partner Burpees
50 Double Unders-Each Partner

-Partner Burpees you must jump over your partner and complete at least 2 Burpees in a row. You do not have to stand and clap.

    Since I didn’t shower before coming to CFB, no one in the 5:30 AM wanted to be my partner…or because Bruce wanted to see me struggle. I did the single Filthy Fifty…what a saga!

    33:29. Last time I did this was in April, and it took over 46 minutes.

    Totally fun! Team Erin & Caroline (to be named): 29:25.

    We lost some time trying to navigate people and kept forgetting what number we were on with the partner burpees ^_^

    Everything was Rx except 10# wall balls and we both did some single unders – I did all singles, Erin did 10 DU and 120 SU.

    By the way, I don’t know if anyone else is feeling this way, but after three paleo days, I feel like I could pick up a mountain. I feel awesome!!
