1.25.16 “CROSSFIT TOTAL”

Our strength cycle has come to an end and it is time to prep for the Crossfit Open. Today we will retest the Crossfit Total. We have went through a Wendler cycle leading up to this retest. Lets keep our proper form and hit some PRS!!! Get some videos or pictures and post them up.

Sign up for the Open is live, you can go to www.gamescrossfit.com and sign up. If you don’t have a log in yet there is a link to set one up. At that point you will be able to pick your affiliate. If you are a member of Crossfit Bridgewater you will pick them, and the same goes to all members of Crossfit Dartmouth.

We highly encourage all off our members to sign up. You DO NOT need to be a competitive athlete to join in. There is a scaled division, rx division, teen division and masters division.

There will be 1 workout announcement every Thursday for 5 weeks staying the end of February. You will have till Monday night at 8am to input your score.

So let’s all get signed up and have allot of fun and good luck today.
