    7:12 (115# / 3 plates:25,25,10+pink thing) Felt good!!
    1/13/12 – 6:08 but 75# and GHD sit ups (Had just started the real CrossFit
    classes-couldn’t do the HSPU’s yet-so I’m progressing! Lol!)
    Great 630p class w Nator & all the rest of the fabulous crew!! 🙂
