    This was another good one. 30″ box jumps are killer.

    1st part:

    2nd part:

    Start: 18:00

    32:20 not RX – had to move to Single Unders, 70#, and 30″. Cut the ol’ shin open on one of my last box jumps…. I was last man standing so everyone got to enjoy my graceful fall off the box. Loved this workout though! Didn’t feel I had enough core workout so I did a ‘Hard Core’ class at the office gym for 30 minutes and finished off with a 2 mile run.
