    Goat WOD: 3 Sq Snatches (45#), 3 ring dips, 10 DU – 8+1 rds.

    Last time I did this WOD, I did 9+4, but I did it at 35#. I’m actually happy with fewer rounds becase the Sqsn and ring dips were much better – it was actually the DU that messed me up because, for whatever reason, they vanished 😛

    I did the endurance run with a weight vest. Owch. Almost exactly 2 mins per 400m. Brrrrrrr!

    WOD: 5 push press @ 125#, 5 Toe 2 Ring, 200m run. AMRAP 15:00

    6 rounds + 5 + 5 + ~180 yards.

    Not quite 1 round less than last time, but went 20# heavier on the push press, and ran in 26 degrees at 5:30 AM. I’m happy with the results.
