ANNOUNCEMENT: Olympic Lifting classes
Every Sunday:
Crossfit Dartmouth- 9:00am
Crossfit Bridgewater- 10:00am

These classes are to work towards being more efficient, and sound towards the 2 Olympic lifts. The Clean and Jerk and Snatch. You will be guided by two great Olympic lifting coaches Derek at CF Bridgewater and Josh at CF Dartmouth. I highly recommend going!!!!
