“Team the 10’s”
Teams of 2 Complete:
10 Thrusters (95,65)
10 SDHP (95,65)
10 Push Press (95,65)
10 Power Cleans (95,65)
–Both Partners will start with the 800m Run Together. Once both partners have returned then the 1st partner will begin one round of the 10’s. After each round you will switch partners until you reach 10 rounds total. Try to use one barbell and same sex and same ability. Two barbells can be used if necessary.
