Tabata Squat

Tabata Pull-up

Tabata Sit-up

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. You will perform ad many reps as possible in each :20sec interval and keep a total running score. Today the Tabata score is the total number of reps performed in all exercises. Unit for the row is “calories”.

Athletes may start at different stations or go off in waves of 5 starting with the row. If necessary substitute Deadlifts (135,95) for rowing.
