Then 5 Rounds
5 Burpees
10 Air Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
100m Sprint

CORE
2 rounds
30 Flutter Kicks
30 Bicycles
30 Hip Crossovers
30 Ab Mat Sit ups
Rest about 1 minute between rounds

AMRAP 5
100ft Bear Crawl
100ft Plate overhead walking Lunges
(About down and back length of gym)

10 Knee Raises
12 Push-ups
14 Tuck Jumps
