400m Run with Wallball
10 Wall Walks
100 Double Unders (50/50 each partner)
25 Air Squats (wb between each other backs)
100 Wallball Partner Pass Sit ups (50/50 each)
25 Air Squats(wb between each other backs)
100 Double Unders (50/50 each)
10 Wall Walks
400m run with WB

Wallball can never touch the ground. If an athlete drops the ball then they must complete 5 Burpees each.
