    Filthy Fifty – 26:19 without DU’s… The last couple of times I did this workout I just skipped the DUs so i took a time after burpees and then did 150 singles

    time with 150 singles – 29:30 (or something close)

    I wanted to take a time point without DUs to see if I had improved at all… beat my last time by 2:15..

    Got to get those DUs…

    Great work everyone… some new faces today which is always great to see

    That workout is a killer … JOAO died on du’s too .. if you start getting them you will beat me …. maybe

      Great time dude… I died on the burpees but otherwise, I felt OK.. My body could use some R&R

      24:55 Rx 6 min improvement. Still not good at DUs but did them.

    Filthy fifty is nasty. You guys all crushed it this morning. Let’s see what the night crew can do.

    I like the the no post on the whiteboard today but for now on everyone has to post on the whitboard. It’s what Crossfit is all about. Be proud of your score and let the next group try and beat your score! It motivates everyone. The early crew always has the leaderboard score to gun for. Cool beans?! Actually, no beans, it’s not Paleo. So just COOL?!
