U.S. Army First Lieutenant Brian Bradshaw, 24, of Steilacoom, Washington, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, based in Fort Richardson, Alaska, died in Kheyl, Afghanistan, on June 25th, 2009, from wounds suffered when insurgents detonated a roadside bomb near his vehicle. He is survived by his parents, Paul and Mary, and brother Robert.

    26:12 (1abmat) 155 was feeling pretty heavy in the last few rounds. But it was a great wod! Even though I have 4 rips in my hand, It still fun! 😉 (next time no mat don’t think I really needed it.)

    Had to do today for the veterans. Freedom is something we all tend to
    Take for granted. There isn’t a week that goes by w/o thinking of my best
    Friend and my sons father that paid the ultimate sacrifice and
    All the other families that have lost a loved one.

    7 rounds +43  I was 2 DUs away from 8 rounds.  2 abmats, everything else Rx.  Happy with that since pull-ups and DUs are something I have just recently been getting better with.  Stupid jump rope was all tangled before my first round and spent at least 30 seconds undoing it!  Really liked this one and doing it in honor of the veterans.
