    760 scaled – that was fun! Started off with a ‘shorter than most people jump rope’ and about tore my ankles off… ;o) That will teach me to get their late! Great job this morning everyone! Mantis and I working on our pull-ups again afterwards. Getting there! Once we get this mastered, on to muscle-ups and double unders….

    332 RX replacing the 100 DUs with 50 back extensions to save the bum knee. I stayed super strict with the push ups which took me forever to get through. The tris are going to be sore tomorrow. Awesome energy at the 4:30PM!!

    Holy Soreness! This was awesome.

    619 (6 burpees short of finishing the round). RX on everything except the jump rope (did single unders).
