    HeHe… Enjoyed watching Mark struggle. ;o) He looked so tired! I, on the other hand, scaled it down for my recovery week. 10:31 – #95, 3 abmat, 150 SU. Legs a little tired and ankle tender after this weekend. I did a few cleans and squats while he struggled through the last DU’s. Mark was whipping those DU’s so fast, he snapped the jump rope!

    In case you are wondering, I burned under 5000 calories on Sunday during my little run.
