We have also separated the “Competition Team” Wods under their own blog.
Their is a “Recipe” blog where you can post your own recipes to the Comments.
We also have a great “Success Stories” section and we REALLY need your help getting this finalized. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a testimonial and a before or after picture and we can add you to our “Success Stories”.
