    Thanks Jeff… Being sidelined sucks… They are testing me for strep, the flu, and pneumonia…. Gave me some good drugs so hopefully ill be back in no time!!! I miss the 5:30am crew!!!

    1rm: 65# … ties my squat snatch PR, so that probably means my squat snatch is gonna be better next time!

    WOD: 16:55 with C2B until I ran out of them and then regular PU, 45# snatch.

    Body felt good … head not so much. SOOO MUCH DRIVING AND SNACK FOOOOOOD!
