As we will be going into a new strength cycle, it will be very important to log your total today on the board and on the “WHITE BOARD” ON THE WEBSITE!!! the whiteboard keeps track of all your daily workouts and strength components. We will write down everyone’s total from today so we have them logged leading into our next cycle. Good luck to all!
