    (SQT CLN MONDAY WAS A PR TOO up to 70 – this first Paleo Challenge for me has improved my wods/strengths already! & not 100% paleo- so it def works!)

    WOD- 6:43 (105 dl, 16″ box)
    Did better on the box jumps too! 🙂
