The OPENS ARE COMING SOON. We have been training very hard and want to be fresh for the next 5 weeks of OPENS workouts. Every great strength and conditioning program has deload weeks. This week will be our deload week. The purpose of this deload week is to let the central nervous system recover and let our bodies rejuvenate. The deload will be from volume of training not intensity. There will only be one WOD programmed each day and we will have time and energy to put all we have into that one WOD. We can also use this week to work on our fundamentals. Tighten up your pullups, fix your double Unders or get your muscle ups. We do not want you doing any extra strength this week. You will all want to but DO NOT do anything else. We will hit all the movements and skills.
Please stick to the program and trust it!!! Rest and Recover. Get your meals prepped and your sleep schedule on track. The following week is game time. Let’s be fresh and ready!!!
