We are coming to the end of the PALEO Challenge!!! This Friday and Saturday will be the final weigh ins and measurements. The PALEO points will end after Friday. Night. Make sure to update all your points in the spreadsheet(CFB) or have your journals fully updated(CFD). The two benchmark wods will be Wednesday(Power Clean/Burpee) and Friday(Fran) this week!!! You will have until Sunday to make up any benchmark workouts. Try and have the same coach weigh and measure you if possible. Also if you haven’t paid your $20 entry fee it’s kinda overdue. Thanks.
Now that the PALEO Challenge is ending that doesn’t mean it’s time to fall of the wagon. So we are inviting Clean Eats Delivery to CFB on Thursday night from 4:30-7:30pm to go over meal planning, metabolic testing, and full meal deliveries right to your house. All food is fresh and never frozen. We will always carry our friends at PALEO Naturals as well. This is just one more option for our fantastic members to help support your success.
