This is an example of last years Open Competition WOD:
Open WOD 11.2
AMRAP 15
9 Deadlifts (155/100)
12 Hand Release Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24/20)

Gymnastics Warmup:
3 Rounds not for time
10 Pistols
10 Toe to Rings
10 Double Unders unbroken
30 sec L-Sits

    6 rounds…. Not my best wod that’s for sure. Kept cramping up. Definitely should of got 9 or 10 rounds.

    6+30 (85#, 12″bx) But 1st time real push ups-sorta! Lol! Not the best form yet! 🙂 I’m real sore to prove it tho!

    During the gymnastic warm ups: (think JC told me to get movin) – “I’m out of shape bitch” ! Lol The whole gym cracked up 🙂 Sry just slipped out!
