7×3 Overhead Squat

Team 5k Row
Teams of 3
Each Teammate must row 250m at a time then complete 10 Burpees immediately after getting off the rower. Next athlete can start as soon as the first athlete gets off rower. WOD is finished as soon as meters hits 5000!
