This is the final benchmark to the end of the Paleo Challenge. Make sure you all get your scores up, your weigh in and measurements!!!!

PALEO BENCHMARK #2

“TEAM KB FIGHT GONE BAD”

Complete with your partner. Or you could do it with imaginary partner and add reps together later. Just remember, partner must be #1 and one is #2.

On 3.2.1 go partner 1 will begin on the first movement, once minute 1 is up the next partner will begin on the next movement. You will keep alternating inbeetween movements, there is no rest between rounds if doing it with a partner.

AMRAP 1 minute each movement
Wallballs (20,14)
KB Sumo deadlift high pulls (70,53)
Box Jumps (24,20)
KB Swings (70,53)

    Did it solo this time, 175 reps!
    Went down in weight from first time cuz of a bad shoulder: 10# WB to 8, 35# KB to 25.. Same 16 ” box!
    But I know i did a hell of a lot more reps this time! 🙂
    Too easy! Lol
