On my 35th Birthday Today I would like to thank all of our “CrossFit Family”, our members and all of my personal training clients, you all bring such joy and fulfillment to my LIFE. One of the most satisfying things in my life is helping people. Whether it is helping someone get their first handstand pushups, improving their weightlifting technique or just helping someone realize that they can do much more than they thought capable, all of these things make this whole career and my life feel very rewarding and very meaningful!!!

    Happy bday youngun!

    I came in for the first time in months, and totally felt it 🙂 But hey, you can only be where you are, right? It was so great to see a few familiar faces amongst the new people – great to be in class with Nator!

    WOD: 20:32
    LBBS: 5 at 95#, 2 at 105# (strength after a WOD – yikes!)

    I also ended up getting new shoes, cuz I forgot to bring mine and only realized it when I was almost at the gym. Oh well, I needed new ones pretty badly. See y’all soon again!
