YES!! YES!! YES!!

I hope everyone is excited for TOMORROW NIGHT!!! That’s right The 2015 Crossfit Open begins!!! At 8:00pm the first WOD (15.1) is released right in our back yard, at Reebok. Rich Froning and Matt Fraser will battle it out on stage. Now everyone should be signing up for The Open. ITS FOR EVERY MEMBER OF OUR COMMUNITY. this year they added a scaled division which will make it that more fun. The Open isn’t about finding the fittest on earth, it’s about bringing this great community together through fitness and excitement. Please log onto www.games.crossfit.com and sign up today.
