2.4.13 "Air Force One"

That blur of light is Kevin Kelly. He has been a proud member of our community since the first day he walked in the door. On Tuesday Kevin leaves for Air Force Basic Training. Lets all give him a Grand Farewell and Crush this WOD with him!!!

Air Force One
For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats

Big Dawgs (115,80)
Pack (95,65)
Pups (65,45)

Each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once he/she has completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees.

There is a 20min cap.

    The 5:30am crew got shafted a little. We did not start with burpees during the other classes and the RX weight was (95,65). Big dawg weight was (115,80).

    Great Effort by everyone that did the Big Dawg weight at 5:30am!!!

    I stopped by CrossFit Fenway today just to say hi – I haven’t been in Boston in ages. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, but I got talked into WODding with them! ^_^

    So no Paleo challenge point for it, but is all good – it was good to see my old buddies. I gave you guys good props though! I’m really happy with my new home box.
