    #95 snatch, #125 CNJ, 137.4 row… 5 second improvement. Vehicular snow/ice removal for time, 6:03.

    That’s by far my best 500m row time! Also, the Goat WOD has dramatically improved my squat snatches. I’m very happy about this because, hey, squat snatches rock! The only thing is, now I need to work a LOT more on C&J! New goats emerge. ^_^

    My hands were shredded from Tuesday’s pull ups…even with gloves.

    115# snatch
    135# clean and jerk

    did not row due to having to get to work.
