    Thanks Coach Risky, for showing me the kipping HSPU. First time doing these with only 1 ab mat.

    5+9 (1 ab mat for first 9 HSPU/2 ab mat for last 6, 135#)

    Had to work this morning so I couldn’t come in. Instead, I did the following:

    Nemo WOD 1: 13:22

    5 RFT:
    10 Burpees
    20 Air squats
    10 Jumping Jacks
    30 Situps

    Deceptively hard! Totally kicked my butt. I got my boyfriend to join in and he’s still lying on the floor ^_^
