    YOLO: 17:58, 105#, 2 10# plates & mat, swapped ring rows for pull ups ‘cuz of elbows (good news is they are getting better). Fun Friday! Especially loved the hour of mobility work in OLY. Really needed it after this week. Thanks Coach Nugz! Super proud of everyone who did the Paleo Challenge…so inspirational!
