    Ps 5×5: up to 55#.
    400m x8: best 2:05 slowest 2:25.

    Warmup 2 7:30 Miles

    5 x 5 115 Snatches, 5 x 5 135 – 155 front squats

    On the Treadmill @ 1° incline:

    8.5 – 8.5 – 9 – 9.5 – 10 – 11 – 11.5 – 12
