    Hand Stand Push Ups (2) – 1st day w/out an ab mat!
    Toe2Bar (7) – ws able to string a few together. One set I had it, then list the rhythm.

    Warm up was killer. My abs will be on fire tomorrow.

    Did this Wed at CFD. Yeah that warm up was almost impossible! Wowzers! Still sore! Lol! & did three days in a row of wods! Don’t usually. My goats almost killed me! Ha. Pull ups/blue & bx jumps/16″. So glad to have finished the 10 rounds of each!! :):) Lot of stretching!!!
