12 Deadlifts (body weight)
21 Box Jumps (24,20)
-rebounding off the box is allowed but you still need to hit full extension off the box. That means you should look like a pencil on the way off the box. Straight torso, hips and knees.

You may sub a 400m run instead of Row but would not count Towards the Leaderboard.

Competitors:
If you are retesting Saturday or Sunday Use Active Recovery today or please scale accordingly.
A good substitute WOD:

12 Kettlebell Swings (heavy-ish)
21 Box Jumps (24,20)

    14:58 RX. Like Risky said if you weigh more that is your fault I could not do the DL’s unbroken but tried to at least string 3 in a row a few times.
