    Wow, did it ever feel good to be back! I worked out with the Army, but it’s not the same!

    C&J: 95# – I did get 105# for the clean which is a PR!

    WOD: 5+8 with 135# and 2 ab mats. HSPU are a real doozy but I’m improving.
