This is one of the most exciting times at the Box. Everyone will be a part the the CrossFit Opens. We would love all our members to sign up for the Opens whether you think your a competitor or not.     My first GOAT workout
    I have many “goats” this AM concentration was on

    5 reps OHS #35
    3 Pull ups Started with purple and red band, did one set with purple band only, finished with purple and gray band.

    Nice workout this AM it was good to concentrate and be mindful of technique.

    Goat 2 – 5 Toe to Bar
