    I like that: “Magic Maaike”!!
    And as far as I know Mt. St. Hell, re: the open wod, I think, THINK you are supposed to do it Thursday Friday or Saturday. and Sunday is for people that want to re do it for a better score.
    Any coaches comment??

    Nice quick one at 5:30 am 5 min 18 sec 115# and I am not sure what to call them but rope climbs from the ground to stand X 2 should have done X 3 rope climbs are way harder.

    Dug the car out out to join Joe and and Coach Risky for the 5:30 AM. Beeped at T-Rex’s house on the way to and from.

    This WOD looks so tame on paper. When it was over, my forearms were screaming at me.

    6:33 RX. 5th rope climb took multiple attempts to get a grip. Thought I was going to fall to the ground on the 6th. Definitely a good one!
