Congratulations to MARY FLEMING from CFD

Mary somehow flew under the radar and qulified for the next round in the CrossFit Games Master’s Division She is currently ranked 110th in the WORLD in the 60+ Female Division. The reason she flew under our radar is because no body would believe that  Mary is anywhere near 60 yerars old!!! We are so excited for her, she has been such a pleasant surprise at CFD and a pure JOY coahcing and teaching each and every day!!!

COMPETITION

5 Snatch Behind the neck press
5 Snatch Balances (non Heaving) – Lift your thighs off the ground
5 Tall Snatches – from a completley standing position – jump, shrug, full squat
-start with the bar and add weight each set

2. OLY EMOTM 10
1 Snatch – work on speed under the bar and catching in a full ATG squat
– work up to Heaviest possible
