“Team Row BURP Row”

Each Teamate Completes
5 rounds of
30Sec Max Calories on the Rower
1:30 Rest
30Sec Max Burpees
1:30 Rest
-add total reps and calories for individuals and teams
-teams up to 3 people
-2nd teammate must start :30 after 1st teammate finishes the row and so on

Cash out:
Finish with at least 15 mins of mobility “Hamstring Lovin” with the bands
