Work up to a 3 RM Strict weighted Pull-up
then reduce by 10# and do 2×5 reps.
If working in bands use the same principles. Work down to the lowest band for 3 reps then add a little more band and do 2×5 reps
Chest 2 Bar Pullups
10 BB Bent over Row (heavy)
15 Banded Face Pulls
