Level 3
50 Pullups
60 Push-ups
70 Situps
80 Squats

This workout can make your arms extremely sore and we are scaling mainly the amount of Pullups for our intermediate and beginner athletes. Warm up well and roll and smash the Lats, forearms and biceps before and after the WOD.
