U.S. Marine Lance Corporal Justin James “JJ” Wilson, 24, of Palm City, Florida, assigned to 3rd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, was killed on March 22, 2010, while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Hannah McVeigh, parents Lance and Frances, brother Christopher, and sister Jamie-Ella.

    Went with the big dog weight for a few rounds, bumped down to 165, lost the elevated hspu, and almost passed out…. Heavy effing weight.

    Finished about 60 percent of it.

    Should have used at least one set of plates on the hspu.

    The clean felt good but, that squat sucked.

    28:01 with the big dog weight 185# and elevated 2 plate HSPU

    Finally learned the kip HSPU after about 30 strict … This will make regular HSPU’s a piece of cake .. Paleo cake … Eff that ice cream cake … Deserve it after this one

    Once I started didn’t think I was gonna finish then thought of why we are doing this workout and got through it … Cheers to all that have served and are serving!!!
