    Strength – worked up to 60# catching it low is a huge struggle for me.

    Pistol-belle – 4:19 (55#). I went really light so I could concentrate on good form.

    Two important keys learned today…. Push my Butt out and reading is fundamental. I definitely could have gone heavier with my butt out. Great workout! Short Run tonight….
