    Almost to the top while practicing. Wrong shoes (Nike free’s suck for this), and currently weak upper body. Hands pretty raw from this one. I forgot the time, but almost threw up at the end. Did the rope from floor during WOD. Another fun workout! Getting there!

    18:59 – 4 Rope climbs and the rest floor rope pulls.. The Nikes I have just wouldnt grip the rope! Box jumps and rowing were good! definitely feeling some improvement on the cardio 🙂
