A) STRENGTH:
EMOTM 10
2 Power Cleans (touch and go)
*start at 50-60% of your 1rm power clean.
-add weight each set
*touch and go power cleans are done without dropping the bar. Once you perform your first power clean, go right into the second without any pause or regripping

b) METCON:
“REAPER 2”
10 Rounds
7 Push Press (95,65)
7 Chest 2 Bars Pullups
