    Strength: #195
    WOD: Still injured, so replaced DU’s with 250M row. Lunges were tough, more like a pistol for me. OUCH! Great workout this morning, and decent warm-up. Glad to see some of the old crew is still at it this early! :o)

    Strength: 225# (3)

    WOD: 2 rounds + 16 (4 w/no abmat, then 1 abmat for the rest, 95# BBFRFL, 60 DU [round 1], 120 SU [round 2].

    HSPU are still coming, but making progress.

    Strength: 160 (x3) 170 (x1) will try something in between next time
    WOD: 2+90 1 65#, 1 abmat for HSPU
    No more ice cream until 4th of July!

    Did practice 45# F.S. X 10 & only up to 85# X 3 cause back already hurt earlier today.
    Wod: 2 rounds + 26. (45#, 2 1/2 mats, su’s)
    Great 630 pm class with ‘Nator and the big crew tonight!! 🙂
