    Post nasty-cold WOD so went conservative. Went too conservative with the 25# – too light!

    Also went to CF yoga and nibbled my foot.

    Also went to get a scorpion bowl so apologies for cray cray.

    Scorpion bowl WOD: 1 sip EMOTM for 60 mins.
