    Scaled – green then black bands for pull ups. 34:45…. A little worried about this one at first, but not bad! Will work harder on those pull ups….

    30:33 (45# for 2 rounds, then 35#) (G & small R band for 2 rounds, then G & med R band) Shoulders are feelin the burn!!! Can”t believe I even finished this one! Crap! Lol!

    WTF!!!! that was disgusting in a loving way, like…….that sucked so bad, but had the best friggin feeling when it was done!

    30: something or 31:31ish,…..cant remember it’s on the board….I was lucky enough to have the strength to write it on the board.

    On another note…..I have to mention one of our best resources at CFB ….Amy Silva Our very own message “Guru” …after many years of going to only one (20yrs) I have had my cheats and tried others along the way!!! But Amy is by far “The Best” I have been to!!! Amy knows her stuff and is ahhmmmaaaazing at it. One of the best things in maintaining muscle health and flexibility is the “RIGHT” message and she is your girl for the job! (ALONG WITH FOAM ROLLNG “HELLO”. This isnt a sales pitch…just an FYI….But it does do a body good to get fixed up, get out the kinks and knots out once a month along with your other programming for Crossfit!! She’s only $50 bucks, a very good investment in body health!

    Obviously should have paid more attention to the instructions! Didn’t feel winded just complete muscle fatigue, great WOD 10 a.m. crew!

    DNF as RX’d!!

    Had to go slow on the pullups with the shoulder. Got through everything except 20 of the pullups and the 30 shoulder to overhead in the last round before reaching the 35 minute time cap.

    34:54. ( rx ) barely finished. I have to get better at ohs. I need better shoulder flexibility anybody have any suggestions?
