Oh boy!!!

For time:
Teams of 2
7 Rope Climbs 15′
30 Thrusters (115/75)
50 HR Pushups
5 Rope Climbs 15′
20 Thrusters (115/75)
50 HR Pushups
3 Rope Climbs 15′
10 Thrusters (115/75)
50 HR Pushups

Teams should be same sex and should use only one barbell. Only one athlete may work at a time. Some athletes can start on different exercises.

Sub for Rope Climbs is 5xStrict Pull-ups. So as a team you would have to complete 35-25-15 strict pull-ups.

    Ropes, 75# thrusters, HR pull-ups got sloppy fairly quickly for me.
    Thanks to a great team!! Kelly you killed the rope climbs and Katelynn, I was never happier to hear you did extra push ups!!
