Another Hero WOD:
4 Rounds of:
100 ft Overhead Plate walking lunges with (45/25)
30 box-jumps (24,20)
20 wall-ball shots (20/14)
10 handstand push-ups

100ft walking lunge would equal about 35 Stationary Front Lunges. If there is not enough room to walk 100ft then perform 35 front Lunges.

    HSPU (2 mats) Not sure I need them any more

    Different mind set for this Hero WOD. Was not thinking am I capable of finshing this. Instead I was thinking I am more than capable of finshing this WOD. Its just a matter of how fast I will do it. This was a big psychological change for me.
