6.17.16 “PRE WOD”

REMINDER:
All weigh-ins and measurements must be done at CFB today. Make sure that you have the same coach that took them the first time to repeat the measurements.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
The goal of today’s workout for the teams competing at Ranch Wars is to move and breathe hard but not make any particular muscles that sore or tired. Choose weights that are challenging but everything should be fairly unbroken.

20 GHDSU or Med Ball V-Ups
20 Calorie Row
20 Wall ball shots
20 KB Swings (moderate)
20 Calorie Row
20 Walking Lunges
20 Burpee Pullups (guys 8ft bar/girls 7ft bar)
200m Run
